| The data used for the iTIMS section of the TIMS - iTIMS Reports is extracted from Internet travel and hotel-brand websites using an exclusive program. The program was developed to quickly and efficiently seek-out hotel rates from over 20 travel websites and 50 hotel-brand websites. The program was also developed for automated reporting searches and for online, 'user-guided' searches. The iTIMS Online program gives subscribers the ability to generate reports on-demand using data retrieved live, directly from each of the selected travel and hotel websites. All data for the TIMS - iTIMS Reports is less than twelve (12) hours old upon delivery. All data for the iTIMS Online Reports is live and immediately available on screen. | ||||
| To ensure the accuracy and integrity of all TIMS - iTIMS Reports, we have developed strict control procedures including a unique process of verifying all the rates available at each hotel. Since each report is held up to our strict standards, our subscriber can trust our information and make the best revenue management decisions possible. Access to iTIMS Online is contolled through unique electronic identifiers and of course, user names and passwords. However, it is important for our subscribers to manage their own access to the Online program and to change user names and passwords after any personnel change. | ||||

| The basic package includes the TIMS - iTIMS Reports and the iTIMS Online access. It also includes one (1) host hotel (the subscriber's hotel), five (5) competitor hotels, five (5) travel websites and the hotel-brand websites of most, if not all, of the competitor hotels. Prices vary depending on the frequency of the reports(13, 26 or 52 per year), the length of the reporting period, the number of competitors, and the number of websites chosen. The length of the reporting periods start at 28-days (4 weeks) and increase in 28-day increments, to 56-day (8 weeks) and 84-day (12 weeks) periods. Longer reporting periods up to 11 months in the future can also be arranged in 28-day increments. | ||||
| In order to meet the demanding needs of our subscribers, we offer many customizing choices usually at no additional cost. For example, we offer choices of delivery days, reporting period start dates, competitive sets, and length-of-stay. We also offer your choice of reporting period lengths and frequency of reports or a combination thereof. Competitive sets can be altered at any time with no additional charge except when increasing the total number of competitors. In addition, we provide unlimited email distribution of the report so everyone in your team can receive a copy. We pride ourselves in being able to meet the needs of all of our subscribers.
